Who handles your information

TiwariTec is run by Shubham Tiwari and Aditya Akshat in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. We jointly decide how information collected through this website is used. TiwariTec is not a registered company.

Either founder can be reached for privacy questions at tiwaritec7@gmail.com.

What you share with us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and a description of your project. You can also provide your business name. We use these details to respond by email or phone and discuss your requirements. We keep your enquiry and relevant follow-up correspondence.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or another platform, we receive the contact details, messages and attachments you choose to share there.

Please do not send passwords, card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. We will agree on a suitable way to exchange confidential project material if needed.

Required fields are marked on the form. Without enough contact and project information, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal.

Information collected when you visit

The website uses a session cookie named tiwaritec_session to protect forms and support administrator sign-in. It is configured as a session cookie rather than a persistent tracking cookie. Browser session-restoration settings can affect when your browser removes it.

To limit spam and repeated login attempts, the website uses a hashed identifier derived from your network address. This is used for security, not advertising.

The hosting service may also keep technical logs, including IP addresses, requested pages, request times and browser information, to operate and secure the site.

Why we use your information

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not sell your personal information or use enquiry details for targeted advertising.

Our basis for using it

Where the GDPR or comparable rules apply, we use information needed to discuss or deliver a project to take steps at your request before a contract, or to perform that contract.

For business representatives, general correspondence and website security, we may rely on legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, managing client relationships and preventing abuse, balanced against your rights.

We retain information where necessary to meet a legal obligation. Where a particular use requires consent, we will ask for it separately. You can withdraw that consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Who receives it

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes website data as part of providing hosting. When you submit an enquiry, the website also attempts to email its details, including your phone number and project message, to our business Gmail inbox. Google processes these notifications and our email correspondence as part of providing Gmail.

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes website data as part of providing hosting. We use Gmail for business email, so Google processes correspondence handled through that service.

If you choose WhatsApp or a social platform, that provider also handles your information under its own privacy terms. The social buttons on this website are links, not embedded social feeds.

We may share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary for legal obligations or claims. If a project requires another provider to handle personal data, we will address that processing in the project arrangements.

Where information is handled

We handle enquiries from India. Hosting, email and messaging providers may process information in other countries, depending on their infrastructure and service arrangements.

When applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those safeguards must be established before the transfer takes place. Contact us for details about the locations and safeguards relevant to your enquiry or project.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not become a project, our policy is to delete it and associated correspondence after 12 months without further contact, unless a specific legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. This is a manual process.

If you become a client, we keep relevant project records for the duration of the work and any agreed support. Contract, invoice and payment records may need to be retained longer for accounting, tax or legal claims. The applicable requirements and the purpose of each record determine that period.

Expired anti-abuse records are eligible for cleanup after a further day and are removed during subsequent rate-limit checks. Hosting logs and backup copies follow the provider's retention arrangements. Deleting a live enquiry may not immediately remove copies from existing backups.

Analytics and advertising cookies

This website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers.

If this changes, we will update this policy and provide the required choices before enabling those tools. Where consent is required, optional tracking will remain off until you choose to allow it.

AI demonstrations and client projects

The example on our AI Agents page is a scripted demonstration. It does not send your selections to an AI provider or make an actual booking.

We do not use website enquiries to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

An AI system built for a client may have different providers, data flows and retention needs. Those arrangements require their own privacy information and, where necessary, a data-processing agreement. This policy covers the TiwariTec website and enquiries, not every system we build for clients.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need. You can also ask us to stop following up on an enquiry.

Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some rights are subject to legal conditions.

Send requests to tiwaritec7@gmail.com. Use the email address associated with your enquiry where possible. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request is yours.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where the GDPR applies, this is normally one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we will explain why within that initial period.

If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason. You may complain to the data-protection authority with jurisdiction over your situation. Where the GDPR applies, this includes the authority in your usual place of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. You do not have to contact us before exercising that right.

Keeping information secure

The website uses restricted administrator access, password hashing, form-security checks and submission limits. These measures reduce risk, but no website or communication service can guarantee complete security.

Children's information

Our services are intended for people arranging professional projects. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will give a separate notice or request consent before using existing information for a new purpose.

For questions or requests, contact Shubham Tiwari or Aditya Akshat at tiwaritec7@gmail.com.
